avens puts veterans first
Due to the growing needs of the veterans community around the country, The Avens Group and its partners have made it their priority to expand and elevate the quality of accessible health care to America’s 24 million veterans, their families, and survivors.
The Avens Group is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business founded by Luke Orander, a veteran of the US Air Force. Luke served from 2007-2013 and now has devoted his life to giving back to the people who have served and are serving this country today.
17
veterans a day
According to a study conducted by the US Department of Veterans Affairs, 17 US Veterans commit suicide every day. That number is not acceptable.
The Avens Group is committed to seeing that number reduced nationally by aiding the Federal Government in expanding access to and enhancing the quality of VA clinics across the country.
VA Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC)
To make access to health care easier, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs utilizes Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC) across the country. These clinics provide the most common outpatient services, including health and wellness visits, without the hassle of visiting a larger medical center. The Veterans Health Administration (VHA) continues to expand the network of CBOC’s to include more rural locations, putting access to care closer to home.
The Avens Group is excited to continue our excellent track record and first class customer service to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. We are honored to be assisting the VA with expanding their service network across the county.
We are excited to own and operate multiple CBOC’s throughout the country.
Our vision is to build a CBOC in every state.
the avens group is committed to
expanding local care
Avens employs strategic real estate development and management to ensure that VA clinics and care providers are easily accessible for all.
world Class Facilities
World class healthcare can only be delivered with clean, expert designed facilities. An optimal healthcare facility must be warm, comforting, and inviting.
emphasis on self & health care
Veterans face enough stigma when re-entering civilian life. Accessing the care and support they need should not be an extra burden. The Avens Group affirms that the best way to avert crisis and chronic disease is a proactive focus on building health.
